When something ends, something new begins and a new beginning is always a new opportunity. Learning to see the end of something as an opportunity rather than a punishment would help to change our whole life experience in the moment when we begin a new chapter in our lives.
Examples of New Beginnings in the Bible
Noah and the flood.
The story of Jacob, deceiving his brother and fleeing from his wrath.
God allows Job to be tested by Satan and loses his family, his health, and all of his wealth. When the horrible trial is over, God restores to Job all that he had “Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning”
The Israelites returned from captivity and rebuilt Jerusalem and the temple.
